Michigan warning: Michigan’s regulator lists Cafe Casino among operators issued cease-and-desist letters. Offshore acceptance does not establish Michigan authorization. Regulator list
Cafe Casino is a US-facing offshore casino with publicly documented blackjack games and bonus contribution rules. Its own country FAQ says it accepts US residents except those in Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York. This is the operator's access policy, not a determination that its casino is lawful or licensed in every other state. Country FAQ
House Boost is a recurring, account-dependent reload rather than an unrestricted welcome offer. House Boost Lite lists a 25% match up to $500; the crypto-only version lists 75% up to $1,000. Both require a $50 deposit. Eligibility requires at least one previous deposit, at least one day since that first deposit, and receipt or visibility of the offer. Activating the enhanced version permanently changes the account to crypto-only deposits. Its published requirement is 40 times the bonus within seven days. This review does not treat that deadline as a reason to increase play. House Boost terms
Cafe's contribution chart distinguishes ordinary eligible blackjack at 10% from Double Deck Blackjack at 2%. Classic Single Deck, Single Deck and live-dealer games contribute nothing. The default maximum wager while a bonus is active is 20% of the deposit, unless an offer says otherwise. The chart therefore cannot be summarized as “blackjack counts fully.” For Double Deck, 40x bonus at 2% contribution equates mathematically to 2,000 times the bonus in qualifying stakes, not an expected profit or a recommendation to attempt completion. Bonus conditions
The additional excluded-game list names a game called Blackjack, several 21+3 titles and GLS blackjack tables. Consequently, the generic 10% category is not sufficient evidence for every game carrying the blackjack label. Double Deck Blackjack is expressly named positively in the contribution chart and was not found in that additional exclusion list. The narrow documented case is stronger than a blanket claim covering all RNG blackjack. Excluded games
Cafe separately lists Double Deck Blackjack in its public catalogue. Its rules specify two decks reshuffled each hand, dealer standing on soft 17, 3:2 blackjack, no surrender and restrictions on split aces. These are the operator's published rules, not a hands-on verification of the game engine. Double Deck game description
LCB currently carries an active review with a 250% welcome headline. Cafe's own blackjack category instead describes a 200% card welcome offer up to $1,500 and 40x deposit plus bonus. These should not be silently combined with House Boost's bonus-only requirement. LCB review, Operator blackjack page
Cafe qualifies for an editorial review of documented blackjack-eligible bonuses, with exact-game restrictions prominent. It should not be presented as a broadly available, low-rollover or risk-free blackjack offer. Generic blackjack-title eligibility remains conditional; no account-specific offer or cashout was tested. No independently verified current licence or US state authorization is claimed here.

Recorded software is not confirmation that a specific live blackjack table is available to you or eligible for a bonus. Table rules, operator restrictions and local authorisation still need checking.
