Bodog Casino Review

Update (October 2026): Bodog Casino no longer operates under the Bodog name. In early 2026 the Bodog platform in Canada was relaunched as Ozoon, and player accounts, balances and games moved across. Bodog is listed as closed at LCB, so this page is kept for reference only.

What happened to Bodog?

Bodog was once one of the best-known names in online gambling, with a sportsbook, casino and poker room under one roof. It left the US market years ago, and US players were moved to its sister brand Bovada. The remaining Bodog site served Canadian players until it was renamed Ozoon in 2026.

What is Ozoon?

Ozoon carries on the Bodog platform for Canadian players, with the same sportsbook, casino and poker set-up. According to LCB, it is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission and owned by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. Its welcome bonuses aren’t available in Ontario, and it doesn’t accept players in Ohio.

Ozoon’s casino includes a wide range of blackjack games, such as Classic Blackjack, European Blackjack, Double Deck and Single Deck Blackjack, Perfect Pairs, 21 Burn Blackjack and Pontoon, plus live dealer games. Banking is in Canadian dollars and cryptocurrency, with Interac, cards, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin among the options. Ozoon is still new under its own name, with only a handful of player ratings at LCB so far.

Where should US players go instead?

If you’re in the US and used to play at Bodog, the closest option is its former sister brand. Read our Bovada review for the details, or see our real money blackjack guide for other choices.
