What is established

Limitless has an existing LCB casino record. Operator acceptance of US customers is not US state licensing or a finding of lawful availability. The operator reward discussed here and the LCB-listed offers are separate records; their conditions must not be combined.

Separate cashback products

The public rewards page expressly allows blackjack in its fortnightly cashback scheme. It describes a minimum $10 award, 30-times wagering and a five-times-award cashout ceiling, with net loss defined by deposits less withdrawals and tier-dependent thresholds. Its instant cashback arrangement is different: blackjack can produce half credit toward the rebate, while the listed games for spending the reward are non-progressive slots, video poker and keno. A statement that all Limitless cashback works on blackjack would therefore be inaccurate. The daily reward scheme has its own 40-times requirement and must also remain separate. [2]

Operator disclosure and payment uncertainty

The rewards-page footer identifies Tech Zone Inc. in Anjouan, Comoros, and claims licensing by the jurisdiction’s Offshore Finance Authority. This is the operator’s own disclosure, not independently checked licence status. [2]

The retrieved general terms allow identity, address and payment-ownership checks and reserve cancellation rights for unprovided documentation. Generic deposit bonuses exclude pontoon blackjack and live-dealer play, and coupon expiry is seven days. Current account-specific withdrawal limits and fees remain unverified. No numerical payment-speed claim is made. Missing information should not be converted into assertions of unlimited withdrawals, unrestricted play or guaranteed payment.

The principal consumer issue is the difference between a rebate headline and spendable cash. A reward can still require wagering and impose a cashout cap, and it does not reimburse all prior losses. LCB listings may describe a different campaign from this operator reward. They do not establish that every displayed offer allows blackjack.

Exact account eligibility and a separate numeric blackjack contribution have not been tested. Explicit inclusion in allowed games is the evidence for this reward, not an assumption that all offers contribute at 100%.
