Is SpinAlto safe and legit?

SpinAlto is licensed in Anjouan, according to LCB. That is an offshore licence, so you get less protection in a dispute than you would from a regulator such as the UK Gambling Commission. On the positive side, LCB has no warning or blacklist entry against SpinAlto, and the casino has a player rating of 3.0 out of 5 at LCB, based on a small number of votes so far.

SpinAlto has several deposit bonuses, but only one of them is worth claiming if you play blackjack.

Sign-up bonus: 100% up to €1,000. Live Blackjack counts, with an effective wagering requirement of 15x the bonus. Minimum deposit €20, maximum bet €5 while the bonus is active, and winnings from the bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. LCB lists it as available to players in New Zealand and Ireland.
Other deposit bonuses (60%–125%, some with free spins). These are built around slots: the effective requirement on blackjack is 200x, which makes them a poor fit for table players.
Cashback. SpinAlto also advertises a percentage of losses returned; LCB doesn’t list blackjack wagering terms for it, so check the details at the casino.

Here is how the sign-up bonus works in practice. The 15x figure is the effective requirement for live blackjack and is calculated on the bonus only. Deposit €100 and you get a €100 bonus. You then need to place 15 × €100 = €1,500 in live blackjack bets before the bonus and its winnings can be withdrawn. At the €5 maximum bet, that’s at least 300 hands. With basic strategy the house edge on a good live table is roughly 0.5%, so the expected cost of clearing €1,500 of wagers is around €7.50, well under the value of the bonus. Remember the 10x cap: on a €100 bonus, the most you can cash out from the bonus is €1,000.

The minimum deposit is €20 and the minimum withdrawal is €40. According to LCB, withdrawals are capped at €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month. LCB’s figures for timing are: account verification (KYC) up to 24 hours, a pending period of up to two business days, then processing of up to two business days. Our verdict

SpinAlto is worth a look for live blackjack players in New Zealand and Ireland, mainly because its sign-up bonus counts on live blackjack at 15x, a much lower requirement than most casinos set for table games. The choice of live blackjack studios is wide. The downsides are an offshore Anjouan licence, a 10x cap on bonus winnings and a €5 maximum bet while you clear the bonus.
