Jackpot Capital Casino Review
|Bank Wire Transfer|
When you first hear the name Jackpot Capital, you may be quick to assume that the casino is limited to slots-only. This would be forgivable, as the site does indeed offer dozens upon dozens of video and classic slots, and it’s likely where they make the most of their money. Coming at this review looking at the casino’s blackjack games, I am able to say that the site does have a strong basis for the classic card game, even if we’d like to see a bit more added in the future.

Software and Games
The software offered on Jackpot Capital Casino is Real Time Gaming, which is a standard that many U.S.-friendly casinos see. The software does appear to be a bit dated, but RTG is working on updating their platform to make things better. The platform is available through both downloadable software as well as through a web-based instant play platform. The latter option allows you to play through your internet browser. There is also mobile support included, which allows you to play games on your smartphone or tablet.
While there are slot machines, video poker machines, and specialty games on offer, the focus of this review is on blackjack. The casino does offer a slew of different blackjack games to punters, which has some different options in terms of table rules and decks. As of the publication of this article there are eight standard versions of blackjack, which includes Perfect Pairs, European Blackjack, Face Up 21, Pontoon, Suit ‘Em Up Blackjack, and Super 21.
In terms of live dealer blackjack, punters will find an option at Jackpot Capital. This is a rarity for an online casino, which lets you play webcast versions of table games. This is perhaps my favorite way to play blackjack outside of a brick and mortar casino, as it lets you view and participate in real-time action from the comfort of your home.

Security and Responsible Gaming
Jackpot Capital uses encryption to protect player information, and your transactions are also protected. This means that you don’t have to worry about having your financial or personal data stolen while you play.
Responsible gaming is addressed using a dedicated page. The site does provide information on identifying whether or not you’re a problem gambler, but limited options for helping rectify a problem that may arise. There is a self-exclusion policy in place, but no deposit or playing limits, which is something we hope Jackpot Capital adds in the future.
Banking and Customer Support
The banking options at Jackpot Capital are a bit limited, but this is to be expected from a U.S.-friendly casino. The site has credit cards, bank wires, and eWallets available for various banking functions, with the site also allowing for withdrawals to be requested by check. There is a downside here though, as the site has a 48-hour pending time on winnings and a low $10,000 weekly withdrawal limit.
Customer support is friendly and helpful, which is what you should expect from an online casino. The site’s staff is able to help you with most common things you’d encounter, and if they can’t, they can get management to help. The team does a good job and I commend them for their assistance.
Jackpot Capital Casino is a good spot to play at if you’re looking to play blackjack online. There are several different variations as well as live dealer games, which offer plenty of variety. The casino’s banking and support systems are also pretty decent, making this a place you should consider.
