Single deck blackjack is a poor game in most Las Vegas casinos. Single deck games in Las Vegas pay 6-5 on blackjack, not the standard 3-2. A game that pays 6-5 should be avoided entirely, regardless of the number of decks. There are no Las Vegas casinos that still offer 3-2 single deck. The January 2025 Wizard of Vegas blackjack survey confirms it: it found no 3-2 single deck game anywhere in Las Vegas. The closest alternative is 3-2 double deck, from $5 at Jerry’s Nugget in North Las Vegas and $10 at several locals casinos. Playable single deck games can still be found in greater Reno and in Wendover.
